1. What DashainTihar is

DashainTihar is a free website for playing Teen Patti with family and friends in private rooms. A host opens a room for a limited time, adds players by name and shares a private link with each of them.

2. Points are game points only

• Points exist only inside a room so the game can keep score.
• Points have no value. They cannot be bought, sold, transferred between players, gifted, exchanged or redeemed for anything, inside or outside the service.
• Hosts may add or remove points in their own rooms to set up a game. Every change is recorded in the room's ledger.
• You must not use DashainTihar, or the results of any game, to wager or to settle anything of value, on or off the site. Rooms used this way may be closed and accounts suspended.

3. Who can use it

• Hosts must be at least 18 years old and confirm this when signing up.
• Players join only through an invite from a host. Hosts are responsible for who they invite.
• The service may not be available in every country. Where local law does not allow it, please do not use it.

4. Accounts and security

• Keep your password and your private invite link to yourself.
• Hosts can reset a player's access at any time; this signs the player out everywhere.
• We may suspend accounts that break these terms or the Fair Play guidelines.

5. Voice chat

Voice chat connects players directly, browser to browser, and is never recorded by us. Please be kind; abuse can be reported from any room.

6. Availability and changes

The service is provided "as is", free of charge, without guarantees of availability. Rooms close automatically when their time runs out and are deleted after a retention period. We may change these terms; we will update the date above when we do.
